Since we reached our crowdfunding goal, work on the PlayTRAY has been progressing rapidly. The preparation, testing and manufacture of a new & unique product like this all takes time so thank you for your patience and for supporting us in bringing this product to market.The current estimate is that the PlayTRAY will arrive to the UK warehouse in early January. Once in stock pre-orders will be shipped straightaway. Shipping ranges from next day delivery in the UK to up to 7 days for some parts of the world. Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping currently we cannot guarantee a delivery date at this point. However, we will endeavour to keep you up-to-date with progress.
About a month before the anticipated delivery date we will email you to ask you to check the shipping details that you gave us at pre-order. If these have changed you will need to let us know straight-away. Once orders are in the hands of the courier we will not be able to make any changes. If any changes in address incur additional shipping fees we will notify you and these will need to be paid in full before your purchase is delivered.
When the goods reach our fulfilment centre in the UK we will send you an email to let you know that your PlayTRAY will soon be with you. The deliveries will then be in the hands of our selected couriers and you will able to track your parcel in the usual manner.
Where are we currently shipping to?
The worldwide pre-order has recently closed and we are currently only taking pre-orders from the UK and Europe. We hope to be able to reinstate some international shipping in the new year.
Deliveries to the UK
Deliveries to the UK will be through DPD. This is a tracked service with a 2 hour delivery window. Prices are calculated at checkout but the majority of orders will cost £5.50.
Deliveries to Europe
Deliveries will be via DPD and vary depending on your country of residence. Prices are calculated at checkout and start at £9.95.
Please note that for delivery to some European destinations there may be additional customs charges to pay, for which you will be responsible for paying. We are not able to advise on exact customs charges and you will need to investigate this before placing an order. Customs will not release the delivery until these charges are settled.
Deliveries outside of Europe
International deliveries will be via DPD or Trakpak and vary depending on your country of residence. Prices are calculated at checkout and start at £13.95. Please note that for delivery to some worldwide destinations there may be additional customs charges to pay, for which you will be responsible for paying. We are not able to advise on exact customs charges and you will need to investigate this before placing an order. Customs will not release the delivery until these charges are settled.
Remote area surcharge
Please note that some areas in the UK and Europe are classed as remote by the courier and may incur a remote area surcharge. If this is the case we will let you know and you can decide whether you are happy to pay and proceed or would like to cancel your order.
European orders not bound by UK VAT
Where you have requested delivery to a country within Europe but not part of the European Community (EC) then the product and delivery service will usually be zero-rated ie. not subject subject to UK VAT. However the price paid by you for the products and the delivery service will remain as shown on the website.
As no VAT has been charged there is no tax to reclaim from us.
You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
- You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
