Where are we shipping to currently?
We are currently shipping to the UK & many destinations internationally (please enter your details at checkout to see if we are able to ship to you).
On the 1st July 2021 EU VAT rules are changing. Whilst we hope this may make it easier to ship to the EU in the long term, we are temporarily suspending EU shipments whilst the new procedures are embedded and we work out the best way forward to fulfil our obligations. We know this will be disappointing for our European customers, particularly those in Spain who have been waiting patiently for an opportunity to purchase the PlayTRAY. We hope we will be able to reinstate EU shipping quickly. Please do sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with developments.
Deliveries to the UK
Deliveries in mainland UK (not including Scottish highlands & islands or Northern Ireland) are mostly through DX at a flat rate of £4.49. Free delivery is available for orders over £60 in mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excludes Scottish highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland).
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email from our fulfilment partner- Think Worldwide.
If you live within mainland UK (not including Scottish highlands, islands or Northern Ireland) then expect your order 1-3 days from your order date (not including weekends).
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and UK Islands are via DPD.
Please note the Scottish highlands & UK Islands are classed as remote by couriers and therefore incur a remote area surcharge. We are unable to charge this at the time of ordering so will contact you afterwards and you can decide whether you are happy to pay and proceed or would like to cancel your order.
Deliveries to Europe (currently suspended to the EU)
Most European deliveries are through DPD. Prices are calculated at checkout and start at £9.95.
The UK has now left the European Union, which has implications for how VAT and duties are now applied.
If you are placing an order from outside the UK e.g. the EU, Jersey, Guernsey, then the product and the delivery service will be zero-rated i.e. we will not charge UK VAT.
The zero rated VAT is reflected in your order email. As no VAT has been charged there is no tax to reclaim from us. The difference is covered via a reduced shipping rate rather than a reduced product price.
VAT is now paid locally by the customer to the courier before they release your goods. This cost varies depending on your country VAT rate. Please note the courier company charge an admin fee for handling this and this varies from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In addition to this there may be additional duties to pay on your order, for which you will be responsible for paying. We are not able to advise on exact charges and you will need to investigate this before placing an order.
Customs will not release your delivery until these charges are settled. Please look out for an email or text from the courier. If the courier alerts us that they can't contact you to settle customs charges we will make every reasonable attempt to get hold of you ourselves. If however, you still do not settle the customs bill or reject the delivery and it is returned to us by the courier we unfortunately have to deduct this cost from your refund.
Deliveries outside of Europe
International delivery prices vary depending on your country of residence and size of parcel. These prices are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately air freight is charged by its volumetric weight. This takes into account the size of the parcel and as the PlayTRAY is a bulky item it makes international deliveries costly. International orders are zero-rated- you pay no VAT. Instead we have used this VAT portion to reduce the shipping cost for you.
Please note that for delivery to some worldwide destinations there may be additional customs duties and charges for which customers are responsible for paying. We are not able to advise on exact customs charges and you will need to investigate this before placing an order.

Remote area surcharge
Please note that some areas are classed as remote by the courier and may incur a remote area surcharge. If this is the case we will let you know and you can decide whether you are happy to pay and proceed or would like to cancel your order.
ReturnsOnce you receive your purchase you will have a 30-day returns period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the following conditions:
All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
The original shipping costs* to you are not refunded.
Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or
*Please note shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries outside of the UK but if a parcel is returned the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
